About Strategitz

Paulo Gitz, CFA · founder

Paulo has spent 20 years in markets and has worked the whole chain: trader, analyst, portfolio manager and strategist. He started in equity research, then traded and ran indexed equity portfolios at Itaú Unibanco. At HSBC Global Asset Management he was the equity trader and, in 2013, interim manager of the long/short fund. He co-managed a multi-asset fund as lead trader at a single family office, then joined XP as Head of Global Equities and later Global Investment Strategist. Most recently he managed multi-asset advisory mandates at Galapagos Capital. He lives in Miami.

He built ResearchOS, the AI research desk behind every Strategitz product. It reads, listens and remembers; he decides what matters, checks the numbers against the sources and reviews every issue before it is published.
